Jeni Button / Youth Pastor
Jeni is currently studying at C3 Bible College Silverwater. She qualified from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Communication. She joined the Xplode Youth Ministry in 2014, and loves to meet and connect with young people as they get to know more about God. Jeni loves spending time with friends and family and is always in for a good chat and coffee. She is a multi-faceted young woman who is part of the worship team at C3 Cherrybrook singing vocals, as well as worship leading. Jeni is also on the C3 Church Cherrybrook preaching team, bringing the Word on Youth Sundays.

Sam Button / Youth Leader
Sam is currently studying Global Business full time at Macquarie University. His walk with Jesus has been lifelong and Sam was baptised in 2015. He has been serving in the church since 2014. Sam leads the Worship team at Xplode, and is an integral assistant leader of our C3 Church Cherrybrook Worship Team playing drums, bass guitar and piano as well as being a Music Director.
Sophie Johnston / Youth Leader
Sophie is currently studying Speech and Hearing sciences to become a speech therapist at Macquarie University. She has been a Christian for most of her life being baptised as a young child and being confirmed in 2016. She has been a member of C3 Cherrybrook since 2017 and serves in both the C3 Church Cherrybrook Worship Team as a Worship Leader/vocalist, and assists Sam in leading the Xplode Worship Team.

Xplode Youth Ministry leaders are all working with children certified, and have undertaken the Youthworks Safe Ministry Training. Between them, the leadership team have qualifications in CPR/resuscitation, first aid and fire extinguisher training.
